We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join a nationally backed property group and take the lead at a major shopping centre in Western Sydney. This is a pivotal role for an operational leader who thrives in a busy retail environment and enjoys working across compliance, facilities, and people management.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including compliance, risk management, and emergency preparedness
- Lead the management of contractors across cleaning, security, maintenance, and essential services
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital works projects
- Monitor performance, prepare operational reports, and deliver against KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team to ensure high performance and safety standards
We're looking for someone with
- Extensive experience in retail property operations management
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Proven ability to manage contractors and service delivery standards
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
