About the Role
* Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored property investment strategies using Ramsey's 12-month portfolio framework
* Lead clients through the full property acquisition journey — from due diligence and approvals to offer negotiation and settlement.
* Collaborate with mortgage advisors to align finance strategies and ensure timely, structured loan approvals that support portfolio goals.
* Deliver regular portfolio reviews, offering insights, performance updates, and reinvestment recommendations.
* Build lasting client relationships through proactive support, education, and milestone tracking to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate portfolio tracking via CRM and internal systems.
