* Warm, genuine, and passionate about people
* Experienced in hospitality management or venue operations (highly advantageous)
* Confident communicating with diverse personalities and stakeholders
* A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
* Business-minded and confident working with numbers and performance targets
* Able to provide a current police check (or willing to obtain one)

What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing day-to-day staffing operations and ensuring seamless service delivery
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships built on trust and consistency
* Working closely with the team to meet and exceed recruitment and staffing targets
* Contributing to VIC office operations with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and growth
* Staying across industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
* Working across a rotating roster—including weekends—to support key events and peak periods
