Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our Heidelberg clinic on a full‐time basis working as a Nurse Unit Manager.
Genea Nurses provide frontline care to our patients, supporting them along every step of their Fertility treatment. This role is unique; you will be working in an office environment interacting with our patients both over the phone and face to face. Alongside clinical duties, a significant proportion of your role will involve providing patient care, support and education.
On a Daily Basis Your Role Will Involve
* Patient face‐to‐face interviews and phone chats
* Collaborating with doctors and scientists to coordinate care and tailor unique treatment plans for each patient
* Providing instructions to patients for the self‐administration of IVF drugs
* Providing results to patients over the phone and offering support at any point required
* Maintaining accurate patient records, clinical data entry and general administration duties associated with the role
* Performing the Nurse Unit Manager role as part of a job share
Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for this role. Fertility experience would be ideal, although not essential. We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills, empathy, people skills and a proven ability to lead or senior‐level team experience. Strong administration skills and technical competence are essential, as you will need to learn and work across a number of IT systems.
