Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality rehabilitation to patients in their own homes, supporting safe early discharge and recovery following elective orthopaedic surgery at St Vincent's Private hospitals.
* Support multidisciplinary coordination to achieve excellent patient outcomes while avoiding unnecessary hospital stays.
* Utilise virtual care and telehealth as part of routine care.
* Communicate with patients, families and allied health teams effectively.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with clinical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in physiotherapy.
* Desirable experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedics, subacute or community care.
* Confident working autonomously in home‐based settings.
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication and time‐management skills.
* Comfortable using digital tools and telehealth.
* Current driver's licence and access to a suitable motor vehicle.
* Based in Brisbane.
