Norton Rose Fulbright's Technology practice group is recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia. You will have direct exposure to a diverse group of clients including government, data centre operators, financial institutions and large corporates. You will work on an array of high-profile and market-leading matters including:
1. Acquisition, licensing and/or supply of large-scale hardware, information technology, telecommunications systems, and other goods and services
2. Outsourcing, managed services, cloud and bespoke contractual arrangements
3. Government procurement (State and Federal)
4. Data licensing, privacy, data breach and cybersecurity
5. Artificial intelligence
Requirements
The successful candidate will be engaging, highly motivated, and looking for a collaborative and supportive environment in which they can thrive. As an experienced Associate you will be able to demonstrate:
6. - years PQE with exposure to matters involving telecoms, privacy, cyber, large-scale outsourcing projects and technology procurement
7. Experience of transactional technology work
8. Outstanding written, drafting and verbal communication skills
9. A strong desire to work on complex, high profile matters
10. The ability to anticipate, prioritise and effectively manage competing deadlines
