1. Support daily store operations by maintaining inventory levels, overseeing stock routines, and handling deliveries.
2. Coach and lead the team to achieve exceptional customer service and experience.
3. Maintain store presentation and ensure all areas are clean and safe for customers.
4. Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and fuel console operations to minimize losses and maximize profits.
