About the Role
As a valued team member, your primary responsibility is to maintain an adequate stock level and ensure optimal product presentation in your section/store. This requires you to be vigilant in managing inventory, replenishing supplies, and rotating displays to maximize sales. In addition, providing exceptional customer service at all times is paramount.

* Promptly assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.
* Ensure high standards of merchandising and presentation in your work area.
* Restock shelves and displays regularly.
* Organize working areas and eliminate trip hazards.
* Clean up spills immediately to prevent accidents.
* Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy.
* Follow instructions from supervisors at all times.
* Support product selection if required by management.
* Perform cleaning duties as needed.
