About You Proven Product Leadership : Over 5 years of experience driving the development and delivery of consumer electronics that seamlessly integrate hardware and software—from initial concept through to mass production.
Cross-Functional Influence : Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams across disciplines to deliver high-impact products under tight timelines and evolving requirements.
Strategic Communication : Skilled in engaging internal and external stakeholders, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Adept at using analytics and performance metrics to validate assumptions, guide product strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
Matrixed Organisation Expertise : Deep understanding of navigating product development within complex, cross-functional environments.
