Customer Experience Specialist
The role of a Customer Experience Specialist is to work closely with senior decision-makers at leading global companies to improve customer satisfaction. As a member of the team, you will deploy and manage the Medallia feedback platform for these clients, utilizing cutting-edge technology to tackle real business problems and gain exposure to software implementation and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications.
* Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer needs.
* Support Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and launch processes with customers.
* Provide support in client meetings by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the platform's capabilities.
* Partner with client teams to resolve technical issues and inquiries.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience successfully managing and retaining clients while leveraging software.
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical field, such as engineering, computer science, statistics, or economics.
