Position Summary
Inclusive Employment Australia Ongoing Support Consultant – responsible for supporting and retaining participants in employment, managing barriers, engaging employers, and achieving outcome‐based KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers through face‐to‐face, phone, and on‐the‐job support.
- Identify and address any barriers that may impact ongoing employment to ensure placement retention.
- Monitor work placements for participants engaged for more than 26 weeks and work toward monthly target achievement.
- Collaborate with current and potential employers to identify labour needs and market participants for additional placements.
- Assist with verifying and obtaining evidence of employment, including payslips.
- Achieve or exceed all KPIs by applying an outcome‐focused, high‐performance approach to the role.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or related fields; desired but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates, and post‐placement support.
- Strong communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proactive problem‐solving ability with experience managing barriers for people living with a disability.
- Performance‐focused mindset with proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs using data analysis to drive outcomes.
- Valid driver's licence, as travel across the region is required.
