About The Role

Salary starting from $124,284.

As our Coordinator People and Culture, you'll have a real impact in creating a thriving, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace across the City. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Manager People and Culture to drive initiatives that spark employee engagement, shape a vibrant workplace culture, and support organisational goals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that covers a wide range of HR functions, including:

Responsibilities

- Employee relations and performance management
- Recruitment and retention strategies
- Learning and development coordination
- Policy development and implementation
- Workforce planning and HR reporting

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need:

- Qualifications preferred in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Proven HR experience in a similar or senior advisory/coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and contemporary HR practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
