Your role will include:Designing and delivering civil and transport engineering solutions, including road, drainage and related infrastructurePreparing technical reports and reviewing project outputs in line with the delegation of authorityManaging the scope, quality, risk and delivery of multiple projects of varying size and complexityContributing to – and leading – winning proposalsBuilding trusted client relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunitiesCollaborating across disciplines and leveraging WSP's national and global expertiseSupporting digital engineering and BIM-enabled delivery approachesChampioning safety‐in‐design, quality systems and SHEQ obligationsMentoring and supporting graduates and early‐career engineersActively progressing your professional development, including chartershipQualifications You're a motivated civil engineer who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively and delivering high‐quality outcomes for clients. You bring:A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Typically5+ years' experiencein civil / transport engineeringExperience delivering small to medium projectsExposure to managing or supervising graduates and junior engineersStrong knowledge of relevant standards, legislation and design guidelinesExperience applying safety‐in‐design, QA and OH&S systemsThe ability to build and maintain effective client relationshipsExperience with civil and drainage design tools such as12d, CAD, DRAINS, MUSIC or similarConstruction phase or superintendency experience (well‐regarded but not essential)A commitment to working towardsChartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)statusImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
