About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our service delivery team, providing first-class technical assistance across various platforms. This role involves executing general IT operations, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setup and management of MS Teams for new starters, onboarding, and training
* Daily exposure to the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including mobile device management and device setup
* Ongoing support and development of Azure cloud and Entra ID for identity management of users
* Basic network support and configuration of meeting rooms and VC
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer-facing IT Support and desktop role, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft domain, including Windows 10/11, Teams, Entra ID, and affiliated products. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Mandarin are essential for this position.
