This role is full time on-site, Monday - Friday
**Some responsibilities, however not limited to**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
- Experience in a high volume, customer centric environment is highly desirable
- Assist with adhoc tasks as required
**Essential**
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Team player & well presented
