What You'll Love About Working With Us

* Continuous learning:Guidance and mentoring provided by experienced Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist.
* Competitive salary package:Remuneration of $75,000 - $100,000 + super based on experience, in addition to benefits such as achievable bonus' and a generous professional development budget.
* Work life balance:Can have regular long weekends with most of the team choosing to be on a 9 day fortnight taking every 2nd Friday off. Alternative schedules are available to achieve the work life balance you are looking for.

* Interdisciplinary team:Work in a fun, interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with other professions. Physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, dietetics and speech pathology all work together for the betterment of our patients and community

About You

You are an experienced and adaptable Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapistready to take on a diverse clinical role and grow within a supportive team. Additionally, you will be:

* Degree-qualified with full AHPRA or ESSA registration
* Committed to delivering evidence-based, client-centred care
* A team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary, collaborative setting
* Passionate about contributing to the health and wellbeing of the community
* Comfortable working across multiple environments, from clinics and schools to aged care and sports settings
* Driven to continuously learn and contribute to the profession
* Previous clinical experience ishighly advantageous

* Clinical reasoning and decision-making: Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Communication skills: Clear and empathetic communication with clients, families, and colleagues
* Time management: Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care

* Team collaboration: Strong skills in working with other allied health professionals to deliver integrated care
* Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to work across different locations and patient populations as needed
* Commitment to lifelong learning: Eagerness to pursue professional development and stay current with clinical advances
