Sales and Retail Leadership

 * Own targets, monitor KPIs, and celebrate wins while identifying opportunities to grow
The Role:
Key Responsibilities
 * Create memorable moments, build relationships, and resolve issues with care and confidence
 * Manage replenishment, stock takes, and records
 * Keep the boutique immaculate and on brand
 * Store operations including cash handling, and POS accuracy
 * Uphold standards for security, workplace health and safety, and loss prevention
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Proven retail sales and store management experience in a fast-paced environment
 * Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly, honest, bubbly approach
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present products with confidence and handle enquiries with ease
 * Fast learner with drive, curiosity, and a can-do attitude
 * High attention to detail and pride in presentation
