We are seeking a Sales Support Merchandise professional to join our team in Katanning, Australia.
As a key member of the sales support team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and contributing to the success of the business.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales support role and possess excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
A keen attention to detail and ability to multitask is essential for this role.
In addition, you will assist with pricing and product queries, process counter sales and maintain safety processes.
Maintaining a welcoming store environment is crucial, as is loading and unloading trucks and dispatching orders.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, empathy and a proactive approach to work.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, are also required.
A current driver's license and forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain one) are desirable.
