Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing comprehensive functional assessments and therapy services to clients with physical or intellectual disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing client goals and developing tailored therapy plans, working collaboratively with clients, their families and caregivers.
* Deliver occupational therapy services to individuals and groups across various settings, including homes, community facilities and our office space.
* Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective treatment plans that meet those needs.
* Provide guidance and support to clients and their caregivers to promote independence and empowerment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience working with people with physical or intellectual disabilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Current driver's license.
