Job Description: Assistant Area Manager - NSW (Sushi Izu)
Are you looking for a new role for the new year in a fast-paced and growing environment? AFC is seeking our next Assistant Area Manager for the NSW region, focusing on our franchise brand Sushi Izu!
Responsibilities include:
1. Assist the Area Manager in overseeing and implementing new initiatives, striving for operational excellence.
2. Support data analysis to implement best practices that improve efficiency, profitability, and professionalism in sushi bar operations.
3. Ensure compliance with all operational requirements, company policies, and QA procedures across assigned locations.
4. Assist with new store openings, including hiring and training staff.
5. Support store sales efforts and train new franchisee staff.
6. Manage forecasting and sales tracking within the region to meet company goals.
7. Communicate effectively with client representatives and AFC support teams.
Qualifications for success:
1. Sushi and franchise experience is preferred but not required.
2. Strong people management, leadership skills, and a positive attitude.
3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
