The Strong Foundations Program Manager will work within a small team responsible for coordinating the implementation of a range of system-led initiatives across 91 ACT public schools to improve student outcomes. The Program Manager will lead project management support and guidance for a range of teams that are responsible for the delivery of Strong Foundations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, strategic, self-motivated, and effective program manager with strong capabilities in managing complex project streams and delivering project reporting on multiple bodies of work with different deadlines. They will have good interpersonal skills, the capacity to build relationships and be highly organised. They will also demonstrate highly developed communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the ability to analyse data and work with risk. The ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, with competing priorities and with minimal supervision is also required.
