**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Lead a team of Credit Controllers to coordinate collections and minimise bad debt for an assigned portfolio of customers
- Build up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chain
- Manage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the accounts receivables department
- Set up, review and maintains service line agreements with country sales, customer service and operation
- To provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards
- Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximise performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives
- This is afull-time permanent position working Monday to Fridayduring business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required
**WHAT CAN YOU BRING?**
- Proven leadership experience - Highly desirable in finance services
- Experience in accounts receivable or credit control roles - Desirable
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP / Oracle) - Desirable
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret data and reporting
- Ability to work proactively with the customer to identify commercial / service improvement opportunities
- Deliver innovative solutions and services that create value for customers
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
