We are looking for an experienced and energetic Industrial Spray Painter / Blaster to join our growing organisation.
Specialising in engineering and CAD drafting, large capacity CNC Machining, on-site machining and heavy fabrication, Morgan Engineering is at the forefront of innovation and up-to-date machining techniques. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient application of surface protective coatings to the highest standards.

Essential requirements of the role:
- Experience as a spray painter in a medium to heavy industrial fabrication industry.
- Trade qualified or 2+ years' ongoing experience painting / blasting
- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
- Willingness to undergo and successfully pass Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Knowledge of engineering, machining and fabrication

Preferred requirements for the role:
- current mine site inductions
- working safely at heights
- confined small workplace emergencies (fire spotter)
- first aid and CPR training
- MR licence
- forklift licence
