This is a rare opportunity to be part of a site from the very beginning, contributing to an environment that sets new standards in systems, data, and process optimisation.
You will play a key role in embedding efficient, scalable operations from day one.
About the Role
You will be part of a lean, high-performing team responsible for commissioning and maintaining some of the most advanced milling technology in the country.
You will work closely with the builder during installation, gaining firsthand experience of the site's control infrastructure.
About You
* Must have an Electrical Licence (A Grade) valid for work in Victoria
* Strong knowledge of control systems, automation, and digital tools, comfortable working with sensors, PLCs, and data-driven diagnostics
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A background in food manufacturing is desirable
