**About the role**
The Capability Specialist is responsible for supporting the Line Manager to design, plan, manage, implement and evaluate the Leadership and Management Capability Development Strategy and associated programs aligned to the People and Culture Strategy, and the TAFE NSW Strategic Plan.
**About You**
You will be comfortable operating in a energetic environment, taking a creative approach towards the design and development of initiatives that drive best practice.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will consult with peers and business stakeholders at all levels to understand needs and use this information to inform recommendations and continuous improvement. You will thrive in situations where you can facilitate engaging discussions and workshops to get the best out of others.
