We are recruiting now for our Sylvia Park New Zealand Lindt team made up of energetic, diverse, vibrant individuals to help us Enchant the World with Chocolate.
About the role
As a Retail Team Member, you will enchant the world with chocolate by providing a unique Lindt experience through;
* Preparing customer hot & cold drinks and Ice cream orders at our chocolate bar
* Moving with a sense of urgency in a high energy, high volume and fast paced environment as you serve customers between the chocolate bar, point of sale and retail floor
* Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
* Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service
* Maintaining a premium environment, through actively restocking, cleaning and adhering to WHS and quality compliance
* Part time and Casual positions available Monday to Sunday, flexible hours
We are looking for individuals who:
* Love Chocolate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality, retail or customer service environment
* Have a passion for excellence and confidently approach and provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience including
* Previous barista experience desirable, however not necessary
* Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends
