Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Provide emotional support and genuine companionship.
* Support mobility, transportation, and community engagement.
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions.

* Foster collaboration with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Disability or related field (minimum).
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
* Working With Children's Check (current).
* Valid Driver's Licence, reliable transport, and smartphone with internet access.
* Flexibility to work across multiple sites.
* Willingness to complete mandatory training for best-in-class care.
