Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across various roles and levels.
Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members meet performance targets and deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate closely with the BDM team to understand client needs, align recruitment efforts with business objectives, and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes, leveraging data and insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to ensure our recruitment strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with warehousing and construction sectors.
Previous experience in managing a recruitment team or leading recruitment projects is highly desirable.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including BDM and Account Managers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
