Key Responsibilities
* Front-of-house duties including managing phones, emails, mail, and greeting visitors with warmth
* Administrative tasks such as coordinating travel schedules, purchasing orders, invoices, and bookings
* Data management including maintaining referral systems and collating service statistics
* Customer connection including sharing information about our services and being a helpful voice
* Office organization including keeping our filing system sharp and up-to-date
Requirements
* Confident communicator with great people skills
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
* Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive
