Our client is currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their Southside based team.
The primary objective of this position is to support the Human Resources and Operations teams in day-to-day management of HR services.
As the HR Administrator, your duties will include:
1. Administering the offer management and onboarding processes for new employees
2. Liaising with external suppliers for new employee onboarding activities
3. Data management
4. Maintaining various records and systems such as PageUp, Viewpoint and Origin
5. Reporting
6. Liaising with various teams across the organisation to communicate any relevant information and employee changes.
7. Providing general human resource and recruitment administrative support to the human resources team as required including documentation/minutes of regular meetings and workshops.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
8. Previous administration experience, within a Human Resources environment.
9. Strong experience using multiple HR systems such as PageUp
10. High level communication skills including attention to detail and accuracy.
11. Ability to effectively manage time and organise the completion of tasks.
12. 5Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
13. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
14. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or related disciplines will be highly regarded
