Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Guide and mentor interpreters where necessary to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required for success.
* Manage the financial performance of your department to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of managing finances and driving sales growth.
* Experience leading and managing a team to achieve business objectives.
* Existing parts experience in AG, truck, earthmoving, or automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry.
* Previous exposure to agricultural and farming machinery in a retail or wholesale environment is advantageous (but not essential).
* Familiarity with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz, or similar is strongly encouraged.
