Jumpstart your marketing career in the tourism industry!

What you will do
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll provide hands-on support across all things marketing — ideal for recent grads or early-career coordinators hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in marketing our holiday parks portfolio across digital channels, supporting campaigns, and keeping content fresh and engaging across every touchpoint. You’ll also work closely with operations and revenue teams, ensuring strong collaboration across the business.
* Content & Community:
o Keep websites, social channels, and third-party listings up to date with accurate and engaging content.
o Provide community management support responding to guest feedback, manage social reviews, and help our parks shine online.
o Collaborate on content calendars with the brand and digital teams to support content creation and amplification.
* Campaigns & Projects:
o Assist with planning, implementing, and reporting on marketing campaigns.
o Coordinate campaign elements across multiple channels.
o Contribute to marketing briefs and help with research and creative input.
* Photo Shoots & Events:
o Support photo shoots and in-park content creation in line with content plan and product updates.
o Support local area marketing efforts for in-park events and guest experience initiatives.
* Admin & Operations:
o Manage general admin tasks, expense tracking, data collation, and collateral coordination.
o Respond to incoming enquiries and provide high-quality service to our parks.
* Jump In & Learn:
o Assist with trade shows, stakeholder communications, and ad hoc duties as needed.
o Get stuck in, learn from experienced mentors, and grow your marketing career!
What you will bring
* F resh out of uni or early in your career? Perfect! If you’ve already got some marketing coordinator experience, even better
* A genuine passion for marketing, with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Tech savvy:
o Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
o Familiarity with social media platforms and CMS tools (e.g., Contentful)
* Highly organised with great attention to detail — you love a checklist!
* Comfortable navigating digital platforms like social media and websites.
* A team player who’s proactive, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
* Bonus points if you love holidays and understand what makes our parks special!
