We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Estimator. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our tender accuracy, pricing strategy and seamless handover from estimating through to project delivery.
* Prepare commercial construction tenders with precision and attention to detail.
* Take-off from drawings and specifications with accuracy.
* Evaluate subcontractor and supplier engagement, as well as pricing reviews.
* Determine pricing preliminaries, margins and risk allowances with analytical skills.
