Quality Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Quality Advisor to work collaboratively across our Central Region sites. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the continuous delivery of exceptional clinical care to our residents.

About the Role
As a Quality Advisor, you will work alongside General Managers and care teams to provide support, education, and assistance in maintaining and improving TLC's quality systems. Your contributions will help identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in aged care services.
Location
* Central Region: Fitzroy North & Donvale
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and evaluate internal assessment audits to uphold quality standards.
* Collaborate with teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
* Demonstrate empathy, respect, and dignity towards residents.
* Support strategies for quality dementia care.
* Ensure compliance standards are met.
About You
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1).
* Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training (desirable).
* Interest in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19 and 2026 influenza).
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance).
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
