Overview
Harvey Norman Fyshwick Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer‐focused Warehouse Manager to manage dispatching and receiving of orders, coach staff and liaise with customers.
Responsibilities
* Dispatching and receiving orders
* Coaching staff and rostering
* Maintaining accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks
* Checking delivery sheets
* Ensuring WH&S compliance
* Providing excellent customer service and communication with customers
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized with strong time‐management skills
* Experience in warehouse management
* Ability to operate machines, coach staff, and motivate a team
* Attention to detail
* Experience checking delivery sheets
* Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
* Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late‐night shifts
* Current Forklift, Drivers and Picker licence (preferred)
