Job Title: Business Analyst
This is a hybrid role, meaning a blend of remote and office work. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across both product development projects and day-to-day business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across mobile, device, and web-based projects.
* Work closely with engineers to gather technical input, define integration points, and support API documentation or logic diagrams when needed.
* Collaborate with internal dev teams (local and offshore) to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
* Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure the product experience aligns with business needs and technical constraints.
* Support testing activities including preparing test cases, performing UAT, and capturing test results across mobile, connected devices and web platforms.
* Investigate bugs or system issues, working with developers to identify root causes and track resolutions.
* Support internal documentation in Confluence for product features, processes, and technical flows.
* Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional workshops when required.
* Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making or feature validation.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Digital Business Analyst/Software Business Analyst, ideally within software or digital product teams.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
* Capable of working through ambiguity and simplifying complex problems.
* Comfortable working with developers and technical stakeholders to understand and document system behavior, APIs, and integrations.
* Familiarity with agile tools and processes (JIRA, Confluence).
* Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and analysis.
* Hands-on testing or QA support experience.
