About the Role
This hands‑on role oversees all parts, equipment, and inventory required for Fitout and Installation projects. You'll work closely with Operations, Sales, Technicians, and Suppliers to ensure the right parts arrive at the right time.
From ordering and tracking stock to front‑counter client enquiries, inventory control, and supplier coordination, you'll be a key player in keeping our projects moving seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, order, track, and receive parts for Fitout and Installation jobs
* Maintain accurate inventory and keep stock areas tidy and organised
* Handle front‑counter and phone enquiries, quotes, and customer updates
* Liaise with suppliers to manage deliveries, pricing, and stock availability
* Coordinate with the Fitout Coordinator, Sales, and Operations to meet project timelines
* Manage warranty claims, stocktakes, and post‑job returns
* Keep databases, price files, and records up to date
* Support process improvements, safety compliance, and overall workflow efficiency
