Job Title: Partnership Activations Manager

The Partnership Activations Manager will support the CommBank Connect sales team and CBA client in executing CommBank Connect's owned media campaigns. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of content-led marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:

* Drive cohesion between operations, content, and sales teams to maximize content sell-through and commercial opportunities.
* Promote best-practice commercial integrations and explore new product opportunities to support sales efforts.
* Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely booking, scheduling, pacing, and delivery across channels.
* Oversee campaign performance tracking and reporting, providing insights to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign execution, maintaining strong relationships with sales, technology, and advertising partners.
* Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize campaign outcomes.

* A proactive problem-solver with experience in campaign management and execution across digital and offline channels.
* A strong communicator who excels in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* A detail-oriented professional, ensuring smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of campaigns.
* Experienced in tracking and reporting on campaign performance, with a focus on driving insights and achieving business objectives.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, working alongside sales, content, and technology teams.
* A continuous improvement advocate, always looking for ways to optimise processes and enhance efficiency in campaign execution.
