About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join our team at Trideca in Melbourne on a hybrid basis.
In This Role, You Will
* Build and maintain high‐quality Android features using Jetpack Compose and MVVM/MVI architecture patterns
* Contribute to and maintain a modularised codebase, ensuring scalability and clean code practices
* Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end‐to‐end solutions
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes and work closely with QA teams
Essential Requirements
* Strong experience with Jetpack Compose
* Proficiency with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
* Solid understanding of MVVM/MVI architecture patterns
* Experience with Clean Architecture principles
* Familiarity with modularisation of Android codebases
* Experience writing and maintaining unit tests
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC authentication flows
* Experience integrating with AEM/CMS platforms
* Experience working in large‐scale Agile enterprise environments
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development
