What You'll Do
As Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the Victoria branch, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, operations and team leadership.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Oversee all branch operations and financial performance
* Lead, coach and develop branch personnel to achieve targets
* Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
* Drive sales growth through strategic customer engagement and service excellence
* Ensure high standards of safety, compliance and quality
* Manage inventory, logistics and operational excellence

What We're Looking For
You're a driven leader with hands-on experience managing a branch, operations team or field service business, ideally in a technical environment such as hydraulics, industrial supplies, construction, mining services, or similar.
