Our Opportunity
As PROK's workshops continues to expand, our team is now searching for multiple CNC Machinists. The positions are full-time permanent opportunities, based in Ingleburn, NSW with day and night shift positions available.
Responsibilities
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC borers and lathes
* Setting and operating large borer machines
* Machining of shafts and other components as per the drawing
* Ability to evaluate and review factory orders and drawings to determine job specifications and requirements
* Responsible for the housekeeping and cleanliness of your designated workplace and site in general to 5S Standard
The Right Person
* Trade certificate qualified/equivalent experience
* Previous experience as either a CNC Operator or CNC Programmer
* CNC milling experience is desirable
* Previous experience setting and operating borer machines
* Demonstrated ability to comprehensively read and understand engineering drawings
* Ability to use precision measuring instruments
* Accept workload and willingly help others when required
* A professional work ethic which includes being prompt, honest and reliable
* Adhere to safety and WHS practices
* Ability to effectively move components and products as required throughout the manufacturing process
