4. Evaluate systems and processes to recommend improvements aligned with the organisation's strategic goals
Essential skills and knowledge
* Proven experience in project management and ICT-related change initiatives
* Prior experience in leading a team
* Strong skills in policy development and operational planning
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with diligence
