Effective merchandising is a critical component of our retail strategy, driving customer satisfaction and sales performance. As a skilled Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience and ensuring our product offerings meet the needs of customers. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining visual merchandising plans to optimize product placement and increase sales. This involves ordering products, re-stocking shelves, maintaining tickets and labels to ensure they are aligned with products, as well as building promotional displays that encourage customer engagement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency with retail software is preferred but not mandatory. This casual position offers flexible work hours (35 hours per month) on weekdays from 6am-5pm. All necessary training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
