The Role
This is a business development–led recruitment role.
You will:
* Proactively win new clients across Bendigo and surrounding regions
* Get out from behind the desk and meet decision-makers face to face
* Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
* Build and grow your own desk with real accountability
* Be measured on outcomes, not activity theatre
This is not a servicing-only role.
