Foreman / Site Manager – Multi-Residential Project
Gosford | Full-Time | $170k–$180k + Super
My client is seeking an experienced Foreman/ Site Manager to lead delivery of a multi-residential project in Gosford. This is a full-time site-based role overseeing the build of units across 4 structures, with a project value of and a program scheduled to run 12–14 months.
The role offers genuine leadership on site, with support from a Leading Hand and a Contracts Administrator.

About the Role
* Full-time, site-based Foreman / Site Manager position (Gosford location).
* Project due to commence in 6–8 weeks.
* Multi-residential build
* Duration: approx. 12–14 months.
* Leading the day-to-day site delivery with subcontractor management, WHS, quality control and programming.
* Supported by a Leading Hand and a Contracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
* Lead WHS on site: inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks, permits and incident management.
* Deliver quality outcomes through Inspection & Test Plans, with focus on structure, waterproofing, fire systems, and building services compliance.
* Issue fortnightly look-ahead programs, maintain site diary and progress records.
* Oversee logistics, deliveries, temporary works, and overall site establishment.
* Liaise with clients, consultants and certifiers, ensuring clear communication and professional site management.
* Maintain accurate records for QA, safety and compliance, including photo evidence of concealed works.

What We're Looking For
* Trade background (e.g., Carpentry) with proven site supervision experience.
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, NCC/BCA requirements, SWMS, ITPs and risk management.
* White Card essential; First Aid desirable (or obtained post-start).
* Valid driver licence and reliable vehicle.
* Confident communicator with ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively.
* Digitally capable (using smartphone/tablet apps for QA, safety and reporting).
