What’s the role?
We’re on the lookout for customer service-oriented individuals living in or near Moranbah to join our regional Queensland teams.
These Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roles offer a great entry point into the mining and resources sector.

Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals with hospitality, industrial cleaning, or related experience—or those with transferable skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
You’ll thrive in a team environment and be comfortable working in remote locations with varying conditions.
- Have experience in housekeeping, kitchen support, retail, or industrial cleaning roles
- Be ready to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to help across different tasks
- Commit to following safety procedures and workplace protocols
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and pass pre-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening
- Be an Australian citizen or hold full working rights
- Working on-site means 11-hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off)
