We're recruiting on behalf of a publicly listed energy infrastructure company seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join their Capital Delivery team.

About the Role
As Project Estimator, your key focus will be developing accurate, detailed cost estimates across a range of capital projects.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen project planning, cost confidence, and delivery success.
This role can be based from Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane and requires some travel to project sites, so prior site exposure is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop cost estimates based on project scope, supplier input, and site assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine estimates and manage risks.
Use and improve existing estimation tools, templates, and processes.
Factor in compliance, safety, and market conditions to ensure accurate pricing.
Support continuous improvement with post-project analysis.
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience in project estimation – utilities or infrastructure experience highly regarded.
Previous site exposure and ability to travel to project locations as needed.
Strong commercial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel and other estimation tools.
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred).
