Rate: $76.75 – $79.50 p/h super on all hours worked | Weekly pay Roster: 2:1 FIFO roster | Day shift only Contract: Temp-to-perm after 3 months Flights: Paid from Perth ONLY Sites: Tier 1 Sites– BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG & Roy Hill Start: Immediate starts available About the Role NUCREW is seeking a qualified and experienced Electricians – Power Generation to support major energy and infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This role will see you working on generators, switchboards, and associated electrical systems supporting remote and off-grid operations on Tier 1 mine sites. Key Responsibilities Installation and termination of cables and electrical components to generators and switchboards Installation, maintenance, and repair of communications and control systems Fault finding and maintenance on power, lighting, and dewatering equipment Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards, site procedures, and safety requirements Requirements Electrical Trade Certificate Current Grade A Electrical Licence (State recognised) Minimum 2 years post-trade experience Current Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) certification (within 12 months) Current CPR certification (within 12 months) Strong knowledge of electrical systems and power generation equipment Experience within renewable energy or alternative power environments Solid understanding of AS 3000 and Australian electrical safety regulations Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening What’s on Offer $76.75 – $79.50 p/h super paid on all hours worked Weekly pay runs 2:1 FIFO roster with consistent 11.5-hour paid days Long-term Tier 1 mining projects Temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidates Career progression within power generation and mining infrastructure Safety-first team culture All PPE supplied by client.
