The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join Evidentia Group to support the Marketing and Communications team in delivering engaging, adviser-focused marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys blending creativity with analytics and execution. You will play a key role in delivering digital campaigns, managing brand assets, supporting events and webinars, and maintaining Evidentia Group's strong and consistent market presence across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Delivering email marketing campaigns and maintaining accurate, well-segmented distribution lists through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Preparing post campaign performance reporting and using insights to optimise future activity
* Creating digital and print assets in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
* Managing Evidentia Group's social media presence with timely on brand content
* Updating and maintaining website content in WordPress
* Supporting video production, including filming, content capture and editing coordination
* Supporting the planning and delivery of events and webinars
* Updating marketing templates, pitch decks and branded collateral in line with brand guidelines
* Liaising with external partners including event providers, printers and creative suppliers
* Providing general support across the Marketing & Communications team and assisting the Brisbane office as needed
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar marketing role
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (completed or in progress)
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
* Event coordination and management experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, solutions‐focused and collaborative mindset
Highly regarded
* Experience within Financial Services
* Video editing software experience (e.g. Premiere Pro, Rush, Final Cut, Descript)
* Camera operation and content capture experience
