We are currently seeking high energy, motivated and professional individuals who love interacting with people to join an established team of Customer Service Operators.
About the role
The primary function of this role is to provide efficient and effective customer service to our customers, offer appropriate solutions to enquiries and set appointments for our Sales Teams.

Your duties will include but are not limited to
* Providing exceptional customer service and offering appropriate solutions to customer enquiries
* Ability to create new leads and set appointments for the sales team both in person and over the phone (inbound enquiries only – no cold calling)
* Providing the sales team with the best opportunity to sell the lead
* Scheduling consultant resources and allocating workflow to sales teams
* Communicating our products in a professional and enthusiastic manner, meeting customer needs and establishing a professional understanding of the products we offer.
* Attending daily, weekly and monthly target meetings
The Successful Candidate will be
* Self-motivated, a go-getter with a winning attitude, punctual, reliable and committed to the role
* Someone with great written and verbal communication skills
* Professionally presented and have well-developed rapport building skills
* Organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Passionate about sales and respond positively to sales targets
* Energetic and outgoing, enthusiastic and confident individual who loves interacting with other people over the phone and occasionally face to face
* Experience in lead generation, outbound and inbound sales (highly desirable though not essential)
* Able to work in Australia and able to work across a rotating roster
